In this episode we visit Dresden City for the first and second day of the Dresden City Festival which happens once a year in the capital of Saxony state.
The festival is super popular for locals and tourists alike and in this video we experience everything from Medieval Knights to Steam Boats and Live Music.
And this is only the first two days!
Dresden City Festival with Traditional Dress, Zwinger Palace, and Fireworks in Saxony Germany
The festival, now called CANALETTO, the Dresdner Stadtfest, takes place each August and is one of the bigger city festivals in Germany.
From a traditional dress parade walking through the decades of Dresden’s history, to the Zwinger Palace and finally the closing ceremonies and fireworks!
