1. Tell us about your destination
Fill out a short form. Tell us what makes your tours, hotel, or destination genuinely different — the things that don’t show up in a Google search. Takes about 10 minutes.

2. We research the right topic
Our editorial team looks at what your potential guests are actually searching for. We suggest 1–3 article topics matched to your expertise. You pick the one that fits.

3. You share what you know
You answer a few specific questions about the topic — the kind of insider knowledge only you have. 15–20 minutes. No writing experience needed. Our system guides you through it.

4. We do the rest
Our team edits, formats, SEO-optimises, and publishes a full article under your byline. We add your booking links and call-to-action naturally — the way a trusted recommendation should feel. Then we promote it across our channels.

No. You answer specific questions about your destination or experience. Our team handles the writing, editing, and formatting. With Option 2, we can write the entire article for you based on a short briefing.

How long does the process take?
From your initial form submission to a live article is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide your input and photos.

Do I need my own reservation system?
We prefer partners with a direct booking system — but it’s not a requirement. If you don’t have one, we use a contact form that connects travelers straight to you. No OTA involved.

What’s the difference between Option 1 and Option 2?
Option 1 is free and works through affiliate commission. The article is travel-tip focused, with your services added naturally. Option 2 is a one-time fee and features your business more prominently — including a do-follow link, a dedicated 2–3 week direct media campaign, and the option for us to write the article for you.

Can I publish more than one article?
Yes. Once you’re a TravelDudes author, you can publish multiple articles. Each one builds your profile’s SEO authority with Google over time.

Will my article also appear on Weltreisetipps (German market)?
In many cases, yes — particularly for destinations with a strong German-speaking traveler base. We’ll confirm this at the time of publication.

What kind of content is not accepted?
